Landscape & Outdoor Lighting in Lakeside
A property that runs down to the water deserves to be seen after dark, and the path from the house to the dock is a lot safer lit. Lakeside lots throw plenty of challenges at outdoor wiring: damp ground near the shore, mature trees to light up, and stretches of lawn between the house and the landing where a buried run has to be done right. Lighting Built for the Waterfront
We design and install path lighting, accent uplighting on trees and the house, step and deck lights, and dock lighting, on low-voltage runs where it fits and proper line-voltage circuits where it doesn’t. Everything outdoors goes on GFCI-protected circuits with weatherproof, in-use covers on the receptacles, since a regular cover does nothing once a cord is plugged in and it rains. Buried cable goes to the right depth in conduit where code calls for it, and transformers are sized and placed so the far end of the run isn’t dim. We pull the permit where the work requires it.
