Landscape & Outdoor Lighting in Riverton
The mature trees and deep lots that make the older Riverton neighborhoods near the water so pretty also leave the yards dark once the sun drops behind the bluff. Good outdoor lighting handles both the look and the safety: it shows the steps, lights the path to the door, and takes the dark corners away from the house.
Wired for Outdoors, Not Improvised
We run low-voltage path and accent lighting off a properly placed transformer, and any line-voltage fixtures or outlets outside go on a GFCI-protected circuit, because every outdoor receptacle has to be GFCI by code. Buried runs go in at the right depth in the correct cable, not a lamp cord under two inches of mulch that a spade finds next spring. On the older lots, we plan around the big root systems instead of through them.
It works hand in hand with lighting installation inside and a switched outlet by the patio. Options are on the landscape lighting page. All of Riverton.
